The beauty treatments megathread - do NOT advertise in here

Recommended Posts

It's not a publicity stunt at all, I had my first set of lashes done back home in Chester, then I needed infills - which I had done at Little Madams, after recommendations from this thread!!

They looked great to start with and the lady at Little Madams was lovely, but some were stuck to my actual eyelid rather than individual lashes in a big clump (with makeup (lots of eyeliner) you couldn't notice) but obviously as they weren't stuck to a lash (and quite a lot were like this) they just fell off. Maybe if I had a full set done rather than infills it would have been different, but it was only a week until they started to look quite sparse again.

You sit up with your eye opening and shutting rather than lieing down at Little Madams (unlike the 2 other salons I have been too) and my bottom lashes weren't taped down. If I hadn't been somewhere else I woudln't know the difference.

The lady doing my lashes even said to me that she had people ringing her up saying they have all fallen off and she told me this wasn't possible! However mine did and it wasn't with the natural life cycle of my lash which is what it should be.

I had an operation recently so have left it a couple of weeks longer than I should before getting my next set of infills and the new set I had done at L&B are still lasting well and I am going back there to get my infills done.

It's just a personal opinion after my experiences of getting my lashes done!
