kensimmo Posted April 24, 2007 Share Posted April 24, 2007 Did anyone used to live on or just off Infirmary Road in the 40s and 50s, in particular around Cross Bedford Street, Albert Terrace and Portland Street? Be nice to see some familiar names My father, Ken Simmonite came from that area, as did his half brother, Arthur Wright. The Wright family lived at the junction of St Phillips Road and Malinda Street, if I recall correctly. My Grandmother was Ada Wright and her husband, Arthur senior.
