duggs Posted April 22, 2007 Share Posted April 22, 2007 I moved from London to Sheffield five months ago I have made some male friends however I am having difficulty finding a girlfriend, all the women I have been out with have been in their twenties and as I am 38 the age gap has become a bit of an issue. I would like to meet a women in my age group however this is difficult in Sheffield because it has 2 large universities and most of the women in the bars and clubs are in their early twenties, are there any single bars/clubs that thirtysomething women go to ? Depends what sort of thirty something person you are looking for. Go somewhere where you feel comfortable yourself and you'll find someone that has similar interests to you. Just like twenty somethings we are to be found all over the place. Although I think past thirty most women are past the chatting up in pubs stage which is wherein lies the problem.
