grababargin
i stopped in April. and never had another. at times still think about having one, but i turn away and do something to take my mind off it, i soon forget and the craving goes. I never used anything, I desided i wanted to do it, and that is the biggest thing you must do, you've got to want to stop good luck
grababargin
there is also a difference of saying you want to stop and really wanting to stop. i always said, i would like to but i wasnt ready when i was i did it. you must really want to and you will and you will be soooo proud
Rampent
No it's not if you really want to do it you can But, if you stop stone dead, the body goes into shock and stuff. Better to cut down slowly. That's what my ex mate reckons.
