soph123
I was just wondering what people thought about females kickboxing and if we have a chance at doing it competitively
stussonicos
Yeah course you do, you have all the same chances as men although I would say that the opportunities for fights are probably fewer as there are less women that compete. I don't train in Kickboxing but there are plently of women on the Thai Boxing scene, Wicker Camp has had and still has several female champions - Helene Garnett is quickly becoming big name on thr British Muay Thai circuit. chefkicker
I was just wondering what people thought about females kickboxing and if we have a chance at doing it competitively My university classes are 80% female at least. Many women taught by myself get to a decent level. Example: Holly Mason who is 2x featherweight British university champion. She recently fought for cambridge uni in the varsity challenge against oxford and won against the champion from the weight division above her (she now studies at cambridge the clever git )
