Norbert Posted January 12, 2012 Share Posted January 12, 2012 Riber Castle Zoo – on the way back a car crashed into the coach, bounced off and bent a lamppost, all us kids were struck dumb looking down from the coach on this man covered in blood laying in his smashed up car. Thornbridge Hall - including a walk through the railway tunnel coming out at Monsal Head. Romania and Dracula’s Castle – we were about 14, which was the drinking age in Romania, so we went straight out to the bar on the corner and then on to the shops for a bottle of brandy. Hayfield Farm – sneaked down to the village at night to the pub and off licence. We pushed all the beds together, the girls came in from their dorm and we all slept together in one massive bed.
