Darbees
This has got me thinking. Imagine if David Beckham found Madeleine McCann? I think the red top editors would ejaculate on the spot. They probably did when they got him to do his appeal.
CHAIRBOY
Not sure you understood my point Chairboy. It could turn out to be significant, then again it could turn out to be nothing. My argument was that this information shouldn't have been made public in the first place. Even the Mccann's are angry that the Dutch paper has seen fit to publish the letter. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/6751189.stm My main point is we don't need to know about these stories at this stage, it just creates pointless speculation. Sorry, you seem to be correct - search is off according to the above, although De Telegraaf has "search hampered by rain!".

CHAIRBOY
It looks as though a search is taking place today (Friday) as I've just seen some diggers in action on BBC News. Search completed - nothing found.

Darbees
any update on this? I can't understand why people ask questions such as that whilst using a machine to ask the question which is connected to the internet and therefore any pertinant up to date information that may be available. Google is even available on this site.
Minesadouble
I've just heard on news the search is over and nothing has been found..... That didn't seem to take long:(

Darbees
Nope, as predicted earlier in the thread unfortunately but which some people nevertheless seemed to believe despite having no grounds to do so. Just another tale to keep the media at work sadly.
