GazB
I'm 5ft8.. Unfortunately for me, every event that comes up coincides with something going on in my social life (holidays, weekends away, nights out etc). Technically - More than ready. Fitness - Far better than your average 21 year old, no way near good enough for fighting. People don't realise how much harder it is to be physically ready (fitness, conditioning etc) for a fight than it is to just run hard on a treadmill, or do 5 rounds of sparring. I can run 45 minutes at 12KM/h easily. But a couple of 3 minute rounds on the pads and I'm half dead!
richardquinn
honest joe, i believe that a persons fighting weight is at a weight where they feel most comfortable, if you are fast and agile, can hit with 100% of your power and dont feel physically drained due to weight loss then that is you correct fighting weight
