Tartempion
Hi. The one I go to is Pilsung which is BTCB (WTF) Taekwondo. It's on: Monday 7.45pm at Hillsborough Leisure Centre, Wednesday at 6pm at 393 Club on Langsett Rd, Hillsborough, Thursday at 6.30pm at Concord Leisure Centre in Shiregreen Saturday at 1pm at Hillsborough Leisure Centre. I've been going there for about 6 years and it's really good. The instructor is Andy Hill, fifth dan. There are also some classes on at The English Institute of Sport (near Don Valley) on Saturday and Wednesday but I'm not sure what time. The instructor there is Simon Turton, third dan. You could call the centre and find out if that's nearer for you.
Tartempion
Forgot to say it's £4 per class and it usually lasts about an hour and a half. We usually do half an hour's warm up, some basics techniques (in lines) and then some pad work and sparring and then patterns at the end but it really varies depending on what mood Andy's in. It's fairly informal and a good atmosphere.

Tartempion
No you can just turn up. You need insurance eventually (£30) but you can train for a while to see if you like it first.
