Have a look at the videos, especially freestyle swimming. I think this method looks and feels great. I'm looking for a like minded individual/s to learn with as its easy with a partner. I've got the book and the DVD which I'm happy to share. I swim at the University S10 pool. I'm 23, male, studying at University of Sheffield.
