rizla67
I would say that if its your first time try an english speaking thaicamp e.g. Lanna or Kaewsamrit. Others worth trying are jitti gym or sasiprapram (spelling???) you ignored my question chef...TAKE 2: "so do you train muay thai chef kicker? and train in thailand?" chefkicker
you ignored my question chef...TAKE 2: "so do you train muay thai chef kicker? and train in thailand?" Rizla : 1.I train in very little these days. A bit of treadmill running to keep my weight ballooning up into the 70's. A bit of Boxing sparring here once a week just to keep sharp , the odd padwork combination rounds here and there. A little bit of clinchwork sparring for some of the fighters (the ones that fight K-1 or Oriental rules kickboxing which allows use of the knees). That is it really. Not really what you would call hardcore muay thai i suppose ? 2. I train in Bangladesh , that is near thailand. Does that count?
