I used to do 10k runs regularly but stopped altogether around 5 years ago. so im well unfit. I live in crookes, an need to to a little training one or twice a week . im booked to run a 10k on 30th september for cancer research. as im female another like minded lady runner would be ideal to hook up with. free evenings after 6pm and may get some days off durung the week.
