Beginners Classes they could go to include: MON = 830-930 THUR= 730-830 (WOMEN ONLY CLASS, there are a few teenage girls in this class too ) FRI 6-7 = OPEN BAGWORK SESSION SUNDAY 12-130PM Other than that I cant really think of much else.
