arrodbo Posted July 8, 2007 Share Posted July 8, 2007 Saw lots of top acts there, if you went Sunday lunchtime you could see them free as they would be setting up for the weeks performance. Used to play the casino as well. Remember once going in to play roulette and blackjack and one of the croupiers who was operating the CRAPS table didn,t have any customers so he showed a few of us how the game worked.....that lunchtime I won at craps about £120.00 and that was in the late 1960s. never bothered with the gambling bug after that.
