Been going for ages now and find all staff really friendly - I don't like going to hairdressers cos I think that some places are really stuffy but not at Rumours - really comfy feeling. Noodle Posted July 7, 2007 Share Posted July 7, 2007 I need my long locks cutting but am as poor as a church mouse. Can anyone recommend a hairdresser for a cut only for under £20? I used to go to a place back when I was a student who did a ladies cut for a fiver and did a better job than some city places!
