JonnyRandom
Wanting to do something different with the old mop and going to try somewhere different than my tried and tested barber. Where in Sheff can I go to get a decent re-style?

Aries22
Only shampoo your hair once not twice . Try and get a Hair Shine product Clynol make a good one. and use a Conditioner that you leave on your hair not one that you have to wash off

hmr44
I use V05 'Perfect Ends' and it's def made a difference to my split ends, the ends used to be really dry and still are a little bit. I saw a hair straightening kit in Boots the other day, I'm not sure how it works but it looks like some kind of conditioner you put on? I might try it! x

emma2686
I don't know too much about chemical hair straightening but I wouldn't have thought it would be a good idea if your hair is already dry as it is the same sort of procedure as perming and can be quite damaging (and it can result in hair going frizzy in some cases). If you can afford it, look into ionic hair straightening which is supposed to leave your hair in even better condition than before.
eldermanager
And has anyone used the hairdressers by the Grosvenor Hotel in town - is it a drop in shop and what are their cuts like - I haven't had a decent cut since the mobile hairdresser I had gave up to look after her son - before that it was the base hairdresser at RAF Valley on Anglesey and much as I loved her cutting its an awful long way to go!
