candybox Posted February 2, 2011 Share Posted February 2, 2011 I used to go to Loaf Broomhill but the last couple of times I went they got someone who appeared quite junior to do my highlights, despite charging me a fortune. The last time I had a base colour inbetween the highlights, they applied it really quickly and sloppily and it bled into some of the highlights at the roots and made it look like it had already grown out, not impressed. Or their is one at the side of dixon lane. But I do know of another place that has just opened up and apparently Jessica Ennis was there for their opening ceremony.
