seeyoujimmy Posted July 17, 2007 Share Posted July 17, 2007 Can anybody help me with this lathe i have got as far as i am aware its a Wade C.A.V Lathe picture and a few details are in this link http://www.lathes.co.uk/wade%20cva/ It looks complete and it is approx 12inch between chuck and tailstock centre it has automatic feed/screwcutting gears which are not shown in the picture.There is no wear in the headstock bearings and as far as i am aware the lathe was made in 1922. Please note that does not come with a motor (and mine isn't quite as shiny as the one in the photo!) Is it worth anything as i am not sure whether to keep it or sell it?
