Armstrong still leads with 34 seconds above Jan Ullrich after a mind blowing time trial. Although Armstrong came 2nd he was over a minute down on Ullrich. Cycleracer Posted July 19, 2003 Author Share Posted July 19, 2003 Well very interesting stage today, yet again Ullrich pulls rank on Armstrong taking second place over the finish line and taking 20 seconds to go with it, well 15 seconds behind the overall leader, could Ullrich be in yellow tomorrow.
