I was born on Woodland St. We then moved to Laird Rd at Wadsley. We then lived at Shirecliffe; Stannington; Regent Court flats; Wadsley Bridge; Addy St, and finally at Parson Cross. diddy Posted September 30, 2008 Share Posted September 30, 2008 My dad's family worked Handsworth Hall Farm and Myrtle Bank Farm at the end of the 19th century up to the 1960's and Sheephill Farm at Norton at the beginning of the 20th century.
