However there seems to be a desperate phobia about admitting that you are middle class. Would you stand up and be counted for your middle-classness??? All the characteristics are here (in my view, not wanting to cause ANY arguments here) Middle class street! Nuclear family (I know this doesn't necessarily matter, but I feel that it contributes to a feeling of being middle class). Ownership of two cars Parents have middle class occupations.
