This week 16th October a fast and slow run from a new venue Abbeydale Sports club at 10.30am. An ideal time to try running with the group and establish a regualr pattern of winter training . NickDuggan Posted November 17, 2008 Author Share Posted November 17, 2008 We had a really good turout at Abbeydale about 25 runners , great weather and we ran as a single group ,reguarly stopping to regroup.We probaly did between 9 -10 minute miles.On a Tuesday we have a 7 minute mile group, an 8.5 minute mile group and a 10-11 minute group. we will do some more runs from Abbeydale in the future.
