mppayne
Hi people i was just wondering if you had plans for a run this weekend and if so what were the arrangements? foofighter11
Hi matt the run this week will go from rother vally country park the car park at rother vally way at 10am there is no problem with just turning up the more the merior as for the ability and distance the ability is mixed as this run is for every one and this course is anything from three to eleven miles so if you or anyone else who comes cant do the full distance there are a few places to drop out as we never realy get that far from the car park
NickDuggan
Plenty of notice next weeks run Sunday 18th January from the Grenoside Community Centre 10am .At least two different groups one running 9-10 minute miles and the other 7-8 minute miles approx 90 minutes perfect for those training for full and half marathons and those who find long runs without company difficult .
