stwhiteley Posted November 28, 2007 Share Posted November 28, 2007 Sunday 2nd September we are training at Damflask, meeting at 10.30am by the wall on the approach to the dam. a good run is from the bottom of loxley valley up the middle following the river to dam flask, touch the wall and then back along loxley rd back to where you start.
