dlrichards
I'll be there, 27/01 10.30 at Dam Flask. I need to get the distance in me legs so I'll probably do the nine miles, but the shorter runs are a good distance for the beginners. It's a good run, I enjoyed it last time I was out with the club. See you Sunday Nick.

dlrichards
Half marathon training is so much easier in a group, does anyone know where next Sunday's run is from and what time? I'm really looking forward the run from Encliffe park on the 24th, if the turn out is anything like yesterday and last Tuesday evening it should be a good run.
