Sunday training runs

This weeks run from Hunters Bar at 10am Sunday 24th February . At least two different groups. An intermediate group running at around 8 minute mile pace and the half marathon training group running at between 9 -10 minute mile pace. Both runs aiming at 8-10 miles but lots of opportunities to turn back earlier.Not too late to join the Tuesday programme at Don Valley 3 new people this week.

Really looking forward to this Sundays run. The turnout should be a good one, if the pasts week ends are anything to go by and the mixture of abilities is great. Half marathon training has really kicked in now, another good show last night despite the cold. See you all at six, Don Valley for Thursdays session.

Last Sundays run over 24 runners in two different groups, two new runners at Tuesday training. This weeks run Sunday 2nd March 10.30am from the top car at Hillsborough Park by Parkside Rd. A long run aimed at half marathon trainees about 10 miles at 9 to 10 minute mile pace
