What cheers you up, when you are upset?

mashed potatoe, home made chicken broth, anything with caramel in, thorntons chocolate, cauliflower cheese, dauphinose potatoes, traditional victoria sponge and a cup of tea, a nap, a lay in on sunday, roast beef and roast potatoes with gravy, putting my mp3 player on really loud and singing, baking, drawing or painting and i think thats it :D
