Happydays!
Does anyone know of any private therapists that practice CBT for Depression? Also has anyone heard if hypnotherapy works for depression?

RozeePozee
I know there are some counsellors and Cornerstone Therapy Centre who practice CBT. It is used very widely for depression. http://www.cornerstone-sheffield.co.uk/

Swan_Vesta
I fail to see how taking one's Compulsory Basic Training on a motorcycle would aid depression. Silliness aside, hope you get it sorted

Diesel
Where can I find a good, understanding therapist. I need one who'll take his/her time with me, I really need to figure out what it is I need in order to get better. S10/S11 would be best

Strongly recommend it - it'll change your outlook on life and completely turn things around; as far as I'm concerned it's so revolutionary that it makes therapeutic counselling models seem like driving a horse and cart.
