Jackdanny
The Dam House at Crookes will suit you as its been around in various forms for years. Its got the parking and the english dishes you want. I must admit i love the place so if it's not your cup of tea (although it will be!) here are a few more faves of mine, all with a differing feel!! 1. Manor House and Rooms, Dronfield, like the Dam House. 2. Fellicini , but don't have pizza its a bit dry. 3. 4 Seasons Restaurant at Napoleons casino .. honest, it's a little hidden gem, and you can have a little flutter after. 4. For a laugh and a retro feel ... Damons. Right back to the 80's! It's great! 5. Las Iguanas ... Just been bought out so standards will be high and the fajitas are great! pete_jim
Morans - near the Abbeydale Garden Centre (Bottom of Dore Road) - just re-opened after being flooded and fully refurbished, great chef and good food. Marco @ Milano - Archer Road Millhouses - Park across the road in the garage - 20ft to front door. Lovely food, very stylish place.
