Fork getting rid of guns, spoonings good with women I agree but you need a knife to to cut to the chase. Spoons can be a deadly weapon for gouging out eyes. newboy2011 Posted March 5, 2011 Share Posted March 5, 2011 I think that the issue is that shooting someone with a gun is physically a lot less challenging, or even personal, than stabbing someone or beating some with with a heavy object. To stab someone or beat someone, you have really mean it to get up close to someone and inflict such violence. It's much easier to point a cylindrical piece of metal at someone a pull a trigger. Leave gun owners alone, with your knee-jerk reactions. But it's perfectly fine to have knee jerk reactions when I'm opposed to something isn't it? Especially when it's a subject like guns, on which I know very little, other than that people sometimes get murdered by them! It's a bit like someone telling me that cannabis shouldn't be legalised because it is dangerous, even though they know nothing about drugs! What I do know about drugs, especially cannabis, is that in the right hands, just like a gun, they are harmless! Some people seem to choose to ignore that point!
