gracek Posted May 30, 2011 Share Posted May 30, 2011 GCE O-Level during the 1950's when only 20%-25% of pupils took them now 90%-100% take the GCSEs. How does the the fact that only a small number of pupils those able to pass the 11+or 13+ exams took the O-Level & A-Levels so it could be aimed at those pupils... then CSEs sarted in 1965?
