discodown
Did anybody go to plug on saturday night and see the VJ set in the Live room? I'm not a big hiphop fan and usually i'm not really into visuals but Coldcut were utterly magnificent. Chopping and scratching out a hiphop set and having the visuals to go along with it they entertained a crowd for 2 hours. Exciting, innovative, entertaining and talented they really showed why they deserve the labels of legends and pioneers. Sadly they don't tour too often but it was well worth seeing them. Thanks too to plug for putting them on. All my visits to plug this year have been top quality. Chromeo were amazing, freemasons rocked it and now Coldcut just blew my mind. Nice one plug, keep the quality coming.

I'd like to have seen this, totally forgot it was on but was working anyway. Edit: Aye, Legends indeed. Ninja Tune is the label that got me into DJing all them years ago so I'm eternally grateful! Ged303
I saw Coldcut at Bestival last month and they were utterly brilliant! The v.j'ing worked in total harmony with the set. Had me wondering who was taking the lead in the show.
